WAYS TO USE:

To Rub: Oil your meat, dust generously, marinate, and grill like a true champion.

To Gyros: Tenderise chicken in yoghurt for 24 hours, coat in seasoning, cook indirect on a skewer, then char over flame. Slice thin, stuff into warm pittas with salad and yoghurt.

To Season: It’s amazing on veg – think smoky tray bakes with roasted aubergine, courgette, tomato and garlic, served with flatbreads, houmous and herby couscous. Mythic.

Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, use within 2 weeks and re-seal after each use. This fine powder is basically magic, which means it can clump if exposed to steam or heat. Just break it up with your fingers or mix into oil or water to rehydrate.
