Care & Maintenance
For exterior cleaning, ensure the oven is cool and use a non-caustic, bleach-free cleaning spray. Avoid abrasive cleaners such as Pink Stuff or Bar Keepers Friend. Wash with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge or cloth, then dry with paper towels. The flue can be removed for easy cleaning.

Inside, food debris and soot can be burned away by heating the oven to over 350°C, triggering its self-cleaning process. Burnt-on food will clear after around three hours at this temperature.

Built from professional-grade materials, the Arc XL includes a 1-year warranty as standard. Register within 60 days of purchase to extend this to 5 years.
