Tubby Tom’s award-winning Buffalo Hot Sauce is already a proper favourite, so turning it into a rub was always going to be a very good idea.
This Buffalo Rub brings all that classic buffalo-style flavour in seasoning form: zingy, savoury, lightly spicy, a little creamy, and absolutely made for chicken. It’s got mild heat, big flavour, and just enough tang to make wings, strips, drummers, and whole birds taste like they came from somewhere far more exciting than your own kitchen.
Oil up your chicken, dust it generously with the rub, then air fry, deep fry, grill, roast, or smoke until crisp and golden. Finish with a drizzle of buffalo sauce, blue cheese dressing, and fresh herbs if you want to go full wing-night hero.
It’s also brilliant on chips, wedges, cauliflower wings, loaded fries, BBQ corn, and anything else that could do with a buffalo-style kick.

Storage
Store in a cool, dark place away from heat. Once opened, use within 2 weeks. Break up any natural clumps with your fingers before use.
