The Petromax Poultry Roaster CF30 is a versatile cast iron roaster designed for preparing whole chicken, duck, quail, or other poultry with deliciously crispy skin and juicy meat. Thanks to the clever 2-in-1 design, you can cook poultry and vegetables at the same time, making it ideal for oven cooking, barbecues, and outdoor grills.
Made from high-quality cast iron, the roaster ensures excellent heat retention and even cooking while enhancing flavour through the natural patina that develops over time.
2-in-1 roasting system
The central cone holds the poultry upright, allowing heat to circulate evenly for perfectly cooked meat and crispy skin. At the same time, vegetables can be placed in the surrounding tray, where they cook in the rich juices and flavourful drippings from the meat.
A special recess in the centre cone allows you to add herbs, spices, or stock to infuse the poultry with additional flavour from the inside while it cooks.
