Cleaning & Care
- Lids, sleeves, and straws: Top-rack dishwasher safe
- Bottle body: Most models are dishwasher safe, though some recommend hand washing (check the base of the sleeve)
- Remove the SoftSip™ straw and silicone sleeve for thorough cleaning.
To remove the ColdKey™ straw, twist until the notch aligns with the vertical groove and pull down to release.

- Not recommended for hot or carbonated drinks
- When travelling on airplanes or at high altitudes, pressure may build inside the bottle. Slightly open the lid first to release pressure before fully opening.
