This seasoning is made for:
- Slow-roasted lamb shoulder
- Flatbreads and wraps
- Grilled meats
- Vegan chicken or plant-based alternatives
- Roasted vegetables
For Lamb Kebab:
Mix with oil, coat lamb shoulder generously, and slow roast until tender. Shred and serve in flatbreads with mint yoghurt, pickled onions, and fresh salad.
For Vegan Options:
Pan-fry plant-based pieces in oil, add shallots, then sprinkle in the seasoning and toss to coat before serving.
Balanced and Versatile
Lower in salt and sugar than many rubs, this blend gives you full control - adjust seasoning to taste depending on your dish.
