One of Tubby’s original blends, this peppery, flavour-packed mix features deep umami notes of porcini mushroom and a sharp mustard kick. If you want plain old salt and pepper, there are plenty of videos for that - but this rub is all about heavy, bold, tasty flavour.

Just drizzle a bit of oil, then coat your brisket or short ribs generously. Let it marinate for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight, before smoking, searing, offset BBQing, or oven cooking. Make it your own.
