Care & Maintenance:
To clean the exterior, ensure the oven is cool and use a non-caustic, bleach-free spray. Avoid abrasive cleaners such as Pink Stuff or Bar Keepers Friend. Wash with warm soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth or sponge, then dry with paper towels. The flue is removable for easy cleaning.Inside, food debris and soot can be burned off when the oven is heated to over 350°C, triggering a self-cleaning process. Burnt-on food will be removed after approximately three hours at this temperature.
