The Solution Fires Blackthorn Electric Stove combines the timeless appearance of a traditional log burner with the convenience, control and easy installation of a modern electric fire.

Its classically styled body, generous viewing window and realistic Etronic flame display create a welcoming focal point without requiring a chimney, flue or fuel storage. Simply position the stove on a suitable level surface, connect it to an appropriate electrical socket and enjoy instant fireside atmosphere.

The Blackthorn is supplied with Solution Fires’ Premium Real Log fuel bed as standard.

Premium Real Logs as Standard

Carefully selected and hand-finished natural logs give the Blackthorn a more authentic and individual appearance than a conventional moulded fuel bed.

Natural variations in shape, colour and texture make each fuel-bed arrangement subtly unique, while the illuminated display brings out the character of the logs both with and without the heater operating.

Customisable Etronic Flame Effect

Solution Fires’ contoured Etronic flame technology creates a layered, realistic flame picture behind the real-log fuel bed.

Choose from 16 flame-effect colours and four brightness levels to create an appearance suited to your room and mood. Select a warm, natural flame for traditional fireside ambience or choose a more contemporary colour combination.

Fuel-bed colour and brightness can also be adjusted using the supplied remote control.

Flame Effect Without Heat

The flame and fuel-bed effects can be used independently of the heater, allowing the Blackthorn to remain an attractive feature throughout the year.

This low-energy LED operation is ideal when you want the atmosphere of a lit stove without increasing the room temperature.

Thermostatic Heating

A discreet fan heater is concealed beneath the stove, preserving the clean appearance of its front and upper surfaces.

The heater provides between 1kW and 2kW of supplementary warmth. Thermostatic temperature control and a seven-day programmer allow heating to be tailored around the room and household routine.

Remote-Controlled Convenience

The included remote control provides convenient access to the Blackthorn’s flame, fuel-bed, brightness and heating settings.

Manual controls are also provided on the appliance, ensuring the principal functions remain accessible without the handset.

No Chimney or Flue Required

Because the Blackthorn is entirely electric, it requires no working chimney, flue, gas connection or ventilation system.

It can be positioned within a suitable fireplace opening or used as a freestanding feature, provided the installation complies with the manufacturer’s required clearances and electrical instructions.

A decorative flue collar is included with the stove. Optional decorative flue components can be added to enhance the appearance, but they perform no functional ventilation role.
