Requires hearth-inset installation by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer. Compatible chimney and flue arrangements can include brick chimneys, prefabricated flues and suitable precast flues, subject to the manufacturer’s requirements. The installer must confirm recess depth, debris space, any required surround rebate, hearth and ventilation. Do not use engine dimensions alone to determine the fireplace opening.

Includes Flavel’s five-year manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The first 12 months include parts and labour, followed by four years of parts-only cover. Annual servicing by a qualified Gas Safe registered engineer is required to maintain the warranty. Manufacturer’s terms, conditions and exclusions apply.
