The Dimplex Optimyst Cassette Project Multi brings extraordinary three-dimensional flame realism and almost unlimited design flexibility to bespoke fireplaces, media walls and architectural installations.
Using Dimplex’s patented Optimyst technology, ultra-fine water vapour is illuminated by multicolour LED lighting to create flames that appear to rise, drift and fade naturally. The result is a convincing three-dimensional flame effect that can be viewed from every direction and even reached through safely.
Unlike a conventional electric fire, the Cassette Project Multi is designed specifically for integration into a custom-built installation. Use it to create a contemporary media wall, an open or see-through fireplace, a multi-sided room divider or a statement feature within a hotel, restaurant or commercial interior.
RGB Multicolour Flame Effects
The latest Project Multi cassette introduces customisable RGB lighting to the Optimyst flame effect.
Using the Dimplex Flame Connect app, the flame colours can be changed between blue, violet, red, aquamarine or a personalised blend. Flame intensity can also be adjusted, allowing you to create anything from a subtle ambient mist effect to a stronger, more dramatic display.
The included remote control and manual controls provide convenient access to the cassette’s core functions.
Modular Design
The Optimyst Cassette Project Multi is available in 500mm and 1000mm modules. These can be combined to produce extended linear flame displays in a wide range of advertised lengths.
Up to five individual cassettes can be daisy-chained from a single suitable power outlet, subject to Dimplex’s electrical and installation requirements.

Mains-Fed Water Supply

An integrated crackling fire sound adds another layer of atmosphere to the flame effect. The volume can be adjusted to suit the setting or switched off when a quieter display is preferred.
Four-Sided Flame View
