The Parkray Aspect 14B Eco combines the ambience of a contemporary wood-burning stove with the ability to contribute heat to a suitable domestic hot-water and central-heating system.
Its integrated boiler provides heat to water while the appliance continues to warm the room directly. A broad glass window and carefully controlled combustion system create an attractive fireside centrepiece alongside its practical heating performance.
Heat for the Room and Water
The Aspect 14B Eco has a total nominal heat output of 10.3kW. This is divided between 5.5kW of nominal heat output to the room and 4.8kW of nominal output to water.
The room output operates over a range of approximately 5kW to 9kW, while the water output range is approximately 5kW to 16kW. Final suitability depends on the design, heat requirement and hydraulic characteristics of the connected system.
Tripleburn and Airwash Technology
Parkray’s Tripleburn system introduces combustion air at multiple levels to encourage efficient fuel use and a cleaner burn. The Airwash system directs preheated air across the glass, helping maintain a clearer view of the flames.
EcoDesign and Smoke-Control Exempt
The Aspect 14B Eco meets EcoDesign requirements and is DEFRA Smoke Control Exempt when installed, fuelled and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Specialist Boiler-Stove Installation
This appliance must be installed by professionals competent in both solid-fuel and wet-heating systems. It is suitable for correctly designed open-vented systems and must incorporate all required safety, heat-leak, circulation, ventilation and system-control provisions.
A detailed heat-loss and system-design assessment is essential before the appliance is ordered. The Aspect 14B is not a direct replacement for an ordinary room-heating stove.
